High school students are issued Chromebooks they transport to and from school daily. A lost charger costs $30, a broken screen costs $40, and losing the Chromebook & case costs $325. However, insurance is available for $26 online that covers 100% of the cost of a first incident and 50% for a second incident. The insurance lasts for one school year.
Once you have a PowerSchool account, parents of students in grades 9-12 can pay in advance for the optional annual Chromebook insurance. (Paying in advance will also speed up the Freshman Chromebook Pickups on August 3, but freshman parents can also pay at the pickup on August 3 for $26 if paying with a credit/debit card or $30 if paying with cash.)
Parents of students in grades 9-12 can go to ok-bartlesville.intouchreceipting.com and use the student's ID number as the username and the student's last name as the password and renew the annual insurance for the new school year. Or they can use Purchases and Payments within PowerSchool.
